SHANTI FOOT BLISS
Destress,  relax & let go. As you tuck in nice and cozy  your feet are prepared with hot towels and your choice of aromatherapy. You choose the music , your eye pillow finds its resting place, and the midline of your body is adorned with a large Selenite wand focusing on balancing the energy centers of the body.  After mindful breath guidance you'll joyfully relax & receive. Focus will be on the feet and all the gorgeous energy points that reside there corresponding to different areas of the body.  When you wake up you'll feel refreshed, a new sense of bliss and lightness not only on the bottom of your feet but throughout your entire being.
